[For Overseas Customers] The exchange rate at the time you confirm your order will apply. Prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, even if items are added to your cart or wish list. Return & Refund Policy | For Customers Residing in Japan ・We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributed to the customer. If the return is deemed to be due to customer reasons upon receipt at our company, we will charge you for the shipping fees and any fees associated with processing the refund. ・ In the event that you receive an incorrect item, there is a shortage in the items ordered, or if any noticeable damage or defects are found in the products, and it is confirmed to be due to our fault, we will accept returns or exchanges at our expense for shipping and refund processing fees, provided you notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
