In our store, we evaluate the condition of cards on a scale from S rank to E rank, with six levels in total. Please refer to pictures here , too see how we can evaluate the cards.
While we conduct assessments based on the criteria for each condition, please be aware that human judgment may have an impact, as it can be subjective. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
As we deal with pre-owned items, all products are assessed for playability. For paper trading cards, minor white spots, scratches, foil loss, creases, indentetions nails marks, corner wear and slight misalignments are considered typical damages. However, please note that errors resulting from production are indicated in the product name, so please confirm before making a purchase. Older trading cards may exhibit more noticeable signs of wear, which is considered normal given their release date. For older products, condition grading may be applied more leniently. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.
Additionally, even if the card has the same illustration, variations in color tone, paper quality, gloss, and other characteristics may occur depending on the manufacturing location, time, or the type of pack it was included in. However, we treat these as the same product, and you cannot select a specific version when purchasing. For other products, please note that the color and shape may differ from how they appear on your screen.
Rank S (Gem Mint)
This corresponds to items that have no visible scratches or errors in our assessment.

Rank A (Near Mint)
While not meeting the criteria for Rank S, Rank A represents items that are still in good condition according to our assessment. This includes minor initial scratches, extremely fine lines or scratches, and those that can be seen depending on the angle. Please note that these fall within this condition. Due to considering the condition, prices are relatively affordable compared to Rank S.

There are minor scuffs and several small spots of whitening.

Rank B (Excellent - Light Play)
This category includes items with more noticeable scratches compared to Rank A. Due to the wide range of scratch types, some may be easily visible to customers, while others may not be noticeable without close inspection. We do not recommend these items for collectors or customers with strict standards.

Rank C ( Played - Heavy Played )
Items in this category have visible white spots, haze, or scratches.They are suitable for use in games with colored sleeves without any issues. However, please note that some cards may have scratches that some customers may find significant, so please exercise caution.

Rank D (Poor)
This category includes items with clearly visible scratches, scuffs, stains, signs of use, peeling, or deterioration. Some items may have scratches that are easily noticeable even with sleeves on, so we do not recommend them for gameplay use.

Compared to Rank C, a wider variety of damages can be observed on both the front and back of the card, including large and prominent scratches, creases, scuffs, dents, edge whitening, cloudiness, wear, signs of usage, and deterioration, ranging from minor to heavy.
