Returns & refund policy

For Customers Residing in Japan

  • We do not accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributed to the customer. If the return is deemed to be due to customer reasons upon receipt at our company, we will charge you for the shipping fees and any fees associated with processing the refund.
  • In the event that you receive an incorrect item, there is a shortage in the items ordered, or if any noticeable damage or defects are found in the products, and it is confirmed to be due to our fault, we will accept returns or exchanges at our expense for shipping and refund processing fees, provided you notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

     

(Return/Exchange Procedure)

  1. Please contact us at "support@cardsecret.jp" within 3 days of receiving the product, and explain the details of your order, any damage, defects, or discrepancies. You may also be asked to send photographs of the product and the delivery note, so please prepare them.
    *To prevent fraud, we take detailed photos of high-value items before packaging. If the photos we have taken differ significantly from the ones provided by the customer and we determine that it is a different product, we reserve the right to deny the return or refund.

     

  2. After receiving our confirmation on whether a return or exchange is possible, please ship the item to the address designated by us if the return or exchange is approved.

     

  3. Once we have confirmed the returned product, we will process the refund or ship the replacement item.

  • In the event that you receive an incorrect item, there is a shortage in the items ordered, or if any noticeable damage or defects are found in the products, and it is confirmed to be due to our fault, we will accept returns or exchanges at our expense for shipping and refund processing fees, provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.

2. Upon receiving an email from us confirming the approval of the return or exchange, please proceed to ship the item to the designated address provided by us.

※ When returning the item, please ensure that it is shipped with a loss compensation service equivalent to the item's value and includes a tracking number.

※ Clearly mark the shipping box and the return label/invoice with the words "Return" in large red letters.

 

3. Once we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund or dispatch the replacement item.
