Delivery Time

Orders will be shipped by the next business day after payment is confirmed.

Please note: If paying by bank transfer, confirmation may be delayed on weekends, public holidays, or year-end holidays.

In case of high order volume or weather-related disruptions, delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

【For Customers Outside Japan】

Shipping Method

For customers living outside Japan, deliveries will be made via Japan Post or DHL.

If your order total is under USD 100, it will be shipped via Japan Post’s Registered Airmail Small Packet.

If Japan Post service is unavailable in your country (see list below), DHL will be used instead.

If your order total is USD 100 or more, or the package weighs over 2kg, delivery will be via DHL.

There maybe additional tax / duty / or tarrif charges once this order arrives to your local destination customs office. Please be aware, that there is applicable taxes on top of your order which needs to be fulfilled by the buyer. Import charges differ depending on your state, country etc.

• If delivery is unsuccessful due to extended absence or an incorrect address, the shipping company will contact you. If you cannot be reached within the holding period or if the delivery is refused, the package will be returned to us and your order will be canceled.

  Please note that in such cases, a refund will be issued minus round-trip shipping fees and any payment or transfer handling charges.

• If you have not received your order, please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

  If there is an issue with the tracking number, or the status shows “delivered” but the item has not arrived, contact us via email through the Contact Us page.
