■ About Membership

Membership Registration:

To register as a member, please complete the registration process on the "Membership Registration" page. Membership registration is free of charge.

After registration, an email to activate your account will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.

If you do not receive the email, it may be due to an incorrect email address or the email being filtered into your spam folder. Please check these possibilities. Additionally, if you have set up domain-specific email filters or blocks, you will not receive the email. Please configure your settings to accept emails from "support@cardsecret.jp" and retry the registration process after 48 hours.

 

Logging into Your Account:

You can log in via the "Member Login" page located at the top right of the website.

If you forget your password or cannot log in due to account lockout, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password.

 

Changing Membership Information:

You can update your membership information by clicking on "My Account" at the top right of the website and selecting "Profile" to make changes.

Product Pricing:

All product prices displayed on the product pages include tax.

The currency displayed on the product page can be changed to your preferred currency from the options below.

 

 

Product Search:

There are two ways to search for products:

1, You can perform a free keyword search using the search bar at the top of the screen.

 

 

2, Select the desired category from the second row at the top of the screen. A search filter will appear on the left side, allowing you to apply filters based on specific conditions to refine your search.

 

 

 

■ About Orders

Order Procedure:

  1. Membership Registration

    Purchasing products requires membership registration (free of charge). Please register in advance via the "Membership Registration" page.

     

  2. Search for Products

    You can search for products using the keyword search or the category list (Please refer to the "Product Search" section above.).

     

  3. Add to Cart

    After reviewing the product's condition and details on each product page, select the quantity and add the item to your cart.

     

  4. Order Process

    ①Click the cart button located at the top right corner of the site.

     

    ②Review the contents of your cart, ensuring the condition rank and quantity of the items are correct. Then, click "Proceed to Payment."

     

    ③Click the links to the "Condition Policy" and "Return Policy," review their contents, and if you agree to the terms, click "Yes."

     

    ④Enter shipping information and confirm your order details

     

    ⑤Choose a payment method

     

    ⑥Complete your order

     

  5. Order Confirmation Email

    Once the order is complete, an order confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. You can also check your order details in "Purchase History" under “My Account.”

     

 

How to Order with Click & Collect & Important Notes:

  1. When entering your shipping information during checkout, please select “Click & Collect” from the options below.

     

  2. After selecting “Click & Collect,” a pop-up window titled “Click & Collect Rule” will appear. Please read the contents carefully and click “Got it” to proceed.

     

  3. After reviewing your order details and our terms and conditions, click “Place Order” and proceed with payment.

     

    Note: Even for Click & Collect, payment must be completed in advance. Payment at the store register is not available.

    We will begin preparing your order after confirming payment. Please be sure to complete the payment within the designated timeframe.

     

  4. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email titled “Order Confirmed # (Order Number)” from us. Please check the contents.

     

    Note: At this point, your order is not yet ready for collection.

     

  5. When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification either on your My Account page or by email titled “Your order (#Order Number) is ready for collection!”

    Please do not come to the store before receiving this notification, as we will not be able to provide your items.

     

     

  6. When visiting the store for collection, please present your Order ID number and bring a valid photo ID.

    If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please email their full name in advance to support@cardsecret.jp, and ensure they bring both the Order ID and a valid ID for identity verification.

     

Note on Holding Period:

Orders will be held for 7 days from the date we send the “Ready for Collection” notification (e.g., if sent on Jan 1, the pickup deadline is the end of business on Jan 7).

For newly released items (including trading cards, supplies, and boxes), the holding period is 3 days only (e.g., if the email is sent on Jan 1, the deadline is end of business on Jan 3).

If collection is not completed within the holding period, the order will be automatically canceled.

For product defects or inquiries, please contact us via [this link].

Store staff are unable to assist with such matters, so please do not inquire at the counter.

 

Placing Orders as a Minor:

Minors may register an account and use the service only with the consent of a legal guardian, such as a parent. If a minor registers an account or uses the service, it is assumed that the legal guardian has provided consent.

 

About Product Availability:

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee its availability. Please note that the item may be purchased by another customer first, or it may be removed from your cart if the site is inactive for a prolonged period. Additionally, if the item becomes out of stock after your order is placed, you may receive a notification regarding the unavailability.

 

Order Cancellation:

We do not accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.

 

Combining Orders:

We do not accept requests to combine multiple orders.

 

 

■About Payment

Payment Methods:

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit Card Payment (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS, Discover)
  • Convenience Store Payment(Lawson, FamilyMart, MiniStop, Daily Yamazaki, Seicomart)A fee of 220 JPY applies.
  • Bank TransferBank transfer fees apply.

Note: For customers residing outside Japan, only credit card payments are accepted.

 

Important Notes for Each Payment Method:

[Credit Card]

The payment is finalized immediately after completing the purchase process. Please note that cancellations due to customer reasons cannot be accepted after the payment is processed.

 

[Bank Transfer]

Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

After the order is completed, you will receive an email titled "Payment to Card secret."

Please complete the transfer within seven days from the day after the order is confirmed.

The deadline, including weekends and holidays, is seven days for bank transfers.

 

[Convenience Store Payment]

Convenience store payment fees are the responsibility of the customer.

After completing your order, we will send an email titled "Payment to Card secret."

Please complete the payment within three days from the day after the order is confirmed.

 

[For Customers Residing Outside Japan]

The exchange rate applied is based on the rate at the time the order is finalized.

Even if items are in your cart or wishlist, the total amount may change due to exchange rate fluctuations.

We use the Exchange Rate service for currency conversions.

Customs duties for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

[General Notes]

Please make payments by the specified deadline for each payment method.

If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.

We do not accept requests for price changes due to market fluctuations during the payment period.

For payments that incur transfer fees, if a cancellation is made due to reasons not attributable to our company, transfer fees will not be refunded. Payments made after the deadline are also not eligible for fee refunds.

 

Receipt Issuance:

We do not issue receipts for the following reasons:

The credit card company’s transaction statement serves as a receipt.

 

[Bank Transfer]

The bank transfer receipt issued by the financial institution serves as a receipt.

 

[Convenience Store Payment]

The payment receipt issued at the store serves as a receipt.
